Hallelujah! King Vidor 1929

I was looking for a free version of King Vidor's "The Big Parade" and couldn't find one on youtube.

Instead, however, I found this film, which is really very culturally and historically significant.  This film was the first Hollywood film to have an all African American cast.

King Vidor was multicultural before the term was coined. You can watch the film and see how well he did in his well-intentioned attempt to provide access to African Americans in Hollywood.  He literally put up his own money to have this film made.
